Listen Close

I promised myself that if I lived long enough to tell my story, I would tell it to whomever would listen. Now I know it’s important to tell it even if no one listens at all. At some point, my message was bound to reach someone. Sound moves and words have power. That was an important  lesson learned during the infancy of the revolution. Initially, our strategy was to build with those who shared a similar worldview. We knew our numbers would be small at first. We planned for that. Influencers were targeted because they had the greatest influence.  Direct the shepherd and the sheep will follow.  In theory, it could have worked, but people are so fickle. Moreover, human emotions are unpredictable. Though the mind be strong and full of wisdom, the major weakness of our physical design is that desire can override good sense.
