Detachment=Freedom

Detachment is a necessary part of spiritual ascension. It is the path to becoming the observer, free of attachment to people and outcomes. Afterall, we are spirit embodied in an avatar of our choosing journeying through experiences of our own design. We should be no more tied to anything that happens than we are tied to the characters and actions in a video game.  We observe and ask questions. How does that make me feel? Why am I triggered? Does this serve me? What have I learned? And if we are not happy with what we find, we can always release and change the narrative.
